Our Story

On August 30, 2026, we officially signed the lease on our new home, and we could not be more excited. Cambrian Perk is being built by four local families with a combined fifty plus years in the restaurant industry, and we are serious about two things: great coffee and exciting food.

Our kids attend Price Middle School and Branham High School, so this project has always been about more than coffee. We wanted to build a warm morning spot for our own neighbors, the families we see every day at school drop off, and everyone else who needs a good reason to start their day.

We are hard at work transforming our new space at 1814 Hillsdale Ave, Suite C into a place that feels warm and welcoming from your very first cup. We are targeting a November 2026 opening, so follow along as we bring it to life.

Jaimie is our General Manager, leading day to day operations and bringing genuine pride to every product that leaves our counter. Her kids go to school at Price and Branham, so this neighborhood is truly home for her, and she knows exactly what it needs each morning.
